The book takes developers and teams from ad-hoc to professional vibe coding. It is the full account of the model: each level in its own chapter, with its gate and checklist; the practices that AI made necessary; and how to adopt the model in a team. Each chapter ends with steps to take on the next working day and a prompt an agent can carry out.

Unlike this site, the book includes the author's own case studies alongside public incidents, each told as its sources support.
